Had a fantastic Easter break at a hotel in Ibiza! Loved the recently refurbished rooms, they were so modern and clean. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a great location, right on the beachfront and close to all the popular attractions. We also enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, it was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

some of the staff could improve their customer service skills, especially at the reception. But overall, it didn't dampen our experience.

The hotel's convenient location near shops, bars, and the Playa d'en Bossa boat station made exploring the area easy. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, especially the salads. I loved the comfortable chill out bar by the beach, offering stunning views. The evening entertainment was diverse and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff when we arrived late for dinner. Finally, our room with a beach view was breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable.

Exceptional massage experience! The experienced therapist even provided chiropractic services. Enjoyed the spa included in the price and the value for money breakfast. Compared to a previous stay at HardRock, Garbi offered better value for money.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the furniture could use an upgrade. the cleanliness of the bathrooms left something to be desired, as they were not cleaned throughout our entire stay.
