I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area near the mountains. The location was quiet and offered stunning views from my room. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including bacon, eggs, cold meats, cheeses. The hotel also had a lovely indoor restaurant. the hotel was only a short 15-minute stroll along the pinewalk stone path by the sea to the main port area.

There was a lack of sun beds by the pool, which made it difficult to relax in the sun.

Excellent spa, good food, plenty of it, beach facilities good, helpful and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Illa D'Or in Port de Pollenca for a relaxing vacation. The apartments were immaculate and had everything I needed, including a full-length mirror and shower cap. The hotel facilities were a bonus, especially the courtesy room for late flights. The location was perfect for leisurely walks back to the hotel at night. The staff, especially Joan, were incredibly helpful and made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning to Ireland and experiencing their warm hospitality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, situated at the end of the Pine Walk overlooking the beautiful bay. It's in a quiet area but just a short walk along the seafront to the bustling marina. The hotel is right on the sea front, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The well-maintained gardens and nearby tennis court added to the overall charm of the place. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant to the helpful front desk and maids. It's clear that the hotel puts their guests' satisfaction as their top priority, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great ocean view balcony and fantastic gym facilities are the highlights of our stay! The continental breakfast is impressive with lots of fruit, yogurt, and cheese to choose from. The location is also pretty central in a nice area, with plenty to do in the nearby town. a pretty satisfactory stay!

The shower in the bathroom set up is too small, difficult for anyone to comfortably move around in. , the restaurant services are seriously underwhelming - the quality of food is average at best and the wine selection is below average.

This hotel was worth every penny! The room had a beautiful view and the hotel is in a great location, with a lovely walk along the waterfront to the main part of the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay extra special, especially Martina in the restaurant who went above and beyond.

The breakfast could have been better, with the only downside being that the door of the shower in the bathroom opened outwards, which caused the floor to constantly be wet. It would've been better if the door opened inwards to avoid this issue.

We had a romantic escape and there were two standout aspects of our stay. the view was breathtaking. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the bay from our room, which added a touch of romance to our getaway. the location was perfect. The hotel was situated in a quiet and sophisticated area, away from the busier parts of town, allowing us to relax and enjoy the tranquility. we enjoyed the outstanding terrace/bar/restaurant by the sea, where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the restricted balcony policy. It was frustrating not being able to book a balcony in advance, as they were allocated upon arrival based on availability.

The hotel shows great care for guests, even addressing complaints promptly. The location is beautiful with stunning terrace rooms. Comfy beds, nice bar and restaurant. Welcoming to children but still maintains a nice adult chill-out space. Spa services are exceptional and reasonably priced. The pine walk into town is lovely.
