I was in Benidorm for a few days to explore the Old Town, and the location of the hotel was ideal. It was tucked away on a quiet street, but only a short walk away from the vibrant tapas bars and lively streets. There was no breakfast available, but that didn't matter as there were plenty of charming bars and cafés in the area. Additionally, the owners, Assad, Sabi & Sami, were incredibly helpful and caring throughout my stay. The hotel itself may not look like much from the outside, but it truly is a hidden gem.

Uncomfortable atmosphere in foyer.

I recently stayed at Hotel Iris for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, being centrally located but away from the noise of the nightlife. It was only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it convenient for leisurely strolls along the shore.

We couldn't believe the incredible value for money at Hotel Iris. The rooms were lovely, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and all the amenities. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always on hand and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Great last-minute find

During my recent trip to a sunny coastal city, my family and I had a bit of a hotel predicament. Thankfully, we stumbled upon an absolute gem called Iris. The owners were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in late at night without any fuss. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and functional apartment they provided us, complete with a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower. The room was also spotlessly clean, which was a big plus for us. The real highlight, however, was the friendly and helpful staff/owners, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we visit the area. I highly recommend Iris for anyone in need of a good, last-minute place to stay.

Iris Hotel was everything we needed for a short stay in the Old Town. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Fantastic little family run hotel. Very welcoming, nothing was too much. As a solo female traveller I felt cared for while not feeling smothered. Reassured by security. Spotlessly clean rooms. Budget facilities but fantastic value for money. Will definitely be returning!
