We decided to stay at this hotel because it is located right next to Buenavista Golf Club, which offers breathtaking views of the Teno mountains and the sea. The discounted evening meals in the waiter service restaurant were an added bonus, allowing us to indulge in delicious food at a reduced price.

The towel/pool service was inconsistent depending on the lifeguard of the day.

The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and treated us well. the room was spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of exotic fruits, meats, and cheeses. the hotel was quiet and relaxing. We loved the beautiful infinity pool and spent most of our time there.

Some aspects of the hotel did not meet our expectations for a five-star experience. the room we had did not receive much sunlight and had a disappointing view.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. the exclusive amenities provided were luxurious, and our needs were fully met. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness center was top-notch. the indoor swimming pool was well maintained, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to soak up the sun, and the Jacuzzi was great for unwinding. the body scrub and massage treatments were heavenly, and the full body massage left us feeling refreshed.

the sun loungers around the outdoor swimming pool were always in high demand, and it was sometimes difficult to find an available spot.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the service was exceptional, and the staff members were friendly and courteous. the facilities were luxurious, and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the stunning views from our room and the easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of tasty food and eggs cooked to order.

The overall experience could have been improved. the food offering fell short of expectations, with limited options and luke-warm dishes.

I recently stayed at the Melia Hacienda Del Conde for a relaxing vacation and it exceeded all expectations. The spacious room with a walk-in wardrobe was a highlight, as was the luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and high-quality Rituals products. The balcony offered a stunning view and peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful swimming pools, palm trees, and cacti. The staff were exceptional, providing warm and professional service. Special thanks to Jose for bringing my café con leche every morning and to Bea for making my dining experience unforgettable. The overall ambiance created a unique and peaceful getaway.
