Stayed at a cozy, clean room with a welcoming staff. The 24h reception was a great help as we arrived after midnight. The location was suitable, with easy access to underground lines and walking distance to attractions like Las Ventas bullring and Goya Commercial area. Enjoyed the local vibe with nice taberns around. The staff, especially Vincent, were friendly and spoke English well, which was rare in Madrid. highly recommend Neomagna for a great stay.

The Easter holiday was made better by the delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and many attractions. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city.

The heating system was too warm and couldn't be adjusted, leading to restless nights. the cleaning service could have been better as there were stains on the sheets and the bathroom floor was dirty.
