We stayed at this place and loved it. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We could easily walk to all the important attractions. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about transportation and excursions.

We highly recommend this venue, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the charming old town near the river. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and well-trained. The rooms are beautifully designed and one of our favorites. Very cost-efficient for Switzerland. Wonderful breakfast.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore all the attractions nearby. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to assist us. The service provided, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. The facilities are excellent, with a beautiful terrace and a cozy dining restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, making us feel right at home. And the free toiletries provided were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at the charming Marktgasse hotel for a short trip. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with my package and offering to post it for me. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town area. The hotel has a sleek, modern style that blends perfectly with the old building. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water stations on each floor and the coffee machine in the room. I felt at home and would love to stay here again.

Interesting mix of modern and old-world charm, and plenty of additional amenities, including a water dispenser station in the hallway, make it a memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The food menu for the restaurant downstairs offers a variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy their meals in the adjacent cafe or in the communal area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as WiFi and a good selection of TV channels.

The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for those with dietary restrictions.

Loved my city break! the hotel was in the perfect spot to explore the best of Old Town, close to all the must-see attractions. the spacious rooms were decorated beautifully, complete with a fancy coffee machine and luxurious bathrobe. One of the highlights was the free city guide they provided, very helpful for planning my days. the breakfast was totally worth it, had everything you could want with numerous options to choose from, including local cuisine. Bonus, the staff was super welcoming and always happy to help.

Can't deny that it was pricey, and some items on the room service menu were a bit too expensive. It would have been better if the bathtub was designed for ease of access as I tripped over the drain once, but nothing serious.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was exceptional, right in the middle of the old town and a stone's throw away from Bahnhofstrasse. It was perfect for exploring the range of restaurants and bars nearby and for a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and understanding. They knew exactly how to assist when needed and even provided us with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and adapters to ensure our stay was memorable. The amenities in the room were excellent, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. we were impressed with the quality and comfort this hotel offered.

We stayed at the Marktgasse Hotel in a spacious and comfortable Marktgasse Suite. the rooms were perfect for our family of three, with a separate room for our child and two bathrooms. the stylish and spotless bathroom had a fantastic shower with strong water pressure. the hotel had thoughtful touches such as a water fountain on each floor, complimentary teas and coffees in the comfortable reception area, and a fantastic library where I could catch up on work. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was ideal, within walking distance to everything. We particularly enjoyed the delish restaurant, which offered outstanding fresh food and flavors.
