I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location - right in the center of Santiago. It was so convenient, especially because there was a bus stop nearby that could take you to both the airport and the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fresh white sheets. The bathroom was also spotless, with a normal-sized bath - a welcome surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit all tastes, and the lobby was comfortable and inviting. it was a pleasant experience.

As women traveling alone, we felt immediately at home. The staff, especially Jessica and Luz, were amazing and spoke fantastic English. The on-site cafe/bar and restaurant were convenient. The bus stop out front was a great bonus, making it easy to explore the city and get to the airport. The hotel had a warm and inviting spirit that we loved.

This hotel is a little out of the way but extremely convenient for those walking the Camino. You can easily take the No6 bus from Plaza Galitzia or a taxi to get to the hotel. The staff here are very friendly and provide great service, making sure all your needs are met. The basic amenities in the room are comfortable and clean, and the hotel offers a good selection for breakfast.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't have any complaints.

Great value for money! The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big and everything was well-maintained. I especially loved that the room could be completely dark with the blinds down. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to Monte do Gozo. After attending a concert there, it was so convenient to be able to walk back to our room in just 5 minutes. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They always went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that made my stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect, especially for those completing the French Trail Compostela Pilgrims, as it was only about 4 kilometers away from the finish line. It was truly amazing to be able to interact with the pilgrims and hear about their experiences. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel boasted a 24/7 café/bar and a restaurant on-site, both of which were convenient for a busy business trip. the location was also key, as it was located in a central area with easy access to transportation. the cleaning staff did a great job.

The staff's poor attitude towards guests who appeared to be backpackers left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our bags were not sent to our next destination and the staff seemed to make no effort to rectify the situation.
