The hotel's decoration was absolutely delightful, with charming antique furniture and beautiful artwork throughout. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with well-lit hallways, handrails in the stairs, and comfortable seating areas scattered around for resting.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a little more assistance from the staff. While the children of the staff were friendly and helpful, a dedicated concierge service or more staff available for assistance would have been beneficial for senior guests.

disappointing breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Palacio Villazambra. The upgrade was definitely worth it as we were treated to a stunning view of Puente Nuevo from our room. The hotel itself is a beautiful old palace, adding to the overall boutique experience. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a unique setting.
