what a disaster! the room was filthy, they didn’t change my linens even after i put in a request every day, unbelievable! and let’s not forget the unreasonably high deposit they wouldn’t return, even after multiple asks. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, considering how my special requests were completely ignored.

Friendly staff made exploring the area easy.

I had a disappointing experience with the noise levels. My room was on the second floor and right by a busy road. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to sleep due to constant bus noise throughout the night.

the bathroom tiles were dangerously slippery, and the walls are as thin as paper. honestly, I expected an upgrade given the appalling conditions. also, the staff wouldn’t provide a second towel, like really? I almost gave a good review, But just couldn’t.

Room was clean, had a cosy feel. Staff was friendly, always there to help when we needed something , like advice on local spots.

Pricey for what it is, but still acceptable.

The location is fantastic, with top attractions like Marina Bay and Chinatown within walking distance. It's also right off Boat Quay, where there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The room lacked soundproofing, making sleep difficult due to outside noise.

Surprisingly spacious for a Singapore hotel! I loved the clever storage options. The friendly staff made exploring the nearby riverside restaurants and MRT stations super easy.

The noise from the street can be a bit much, especially if you're not used to city sounds. My room didn’t have a window, but at least I got a quiet night's sleep.

the room had international outlets which was handy during our stay. parking wasn't available, which was inconvenient.

The location was perfect. we could easily walk to Chinatown and explore local eateries. The spacious family room was fantastic for our stay, especially with a little one, and we loved the eco-friendly water options provided.

In my wife’s opinion, soundproofing could improve, especially for families with children.

It was just a good match for a weekend outing in Singapore with outstanding value. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which made getting ready much easier. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the street, though!

the laundry facility is convenient and reasonably priced at S$5 each. carpeting in the hallway is quite dirty, which is off-putting.

the only downside was my room didn't have a window,, but it was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. the staff were super friendly and gave me great tips around the city. location was a short walk to two mrt stations and the vibrant riverside restaurants. breakfast was decent and included a fantastic spread every morning.

Great location & super friendly staff!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The bus stop is literally right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there’s a 7/11 nearby for late-night snacks. The only bummer was the noise from the nightlife. sometimes it was a bit much. But overall, the location was fantastic for hitting up all the tourist spots.
