Beautiful hotel, with a large gym and a nice SPA area. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have super comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and shops. The yard and greenery around the hotel are lovely, and the turtles are a unique touch. The room was cleaned daily and had a nice city view on the 4th floor. The free bottle of champagne on arrival was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The outside patio where they serve breakfast was simply exquisite, offering a wide variety of fresh baked goods and delicious options including made-to-order eggs. The hotel also caters to different dietary needs, providing a selection for those who are allergic or gluten-free. The secure 24-hour guarded parking underneath the hotel was a great convenience.

our overnight stay at the hotel was amazing. the spacious room, comfy bed, and big balcony with a city view exceeded our expectations. the breakfast options were fantastic and the pool area was comfortable. highly recommend staying here!

Slow luggage retrieval.

We received a warm welcome with a glass of juice and a map. the hotel is located close to a beautiful park and a convenient bus stop. Breakfast was included and there was an extensive choice. We enjoyed the pool when the sun was out.

The restaurant music was not suitable for the surroundings and we would have preferred classical music. our New Year experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped.

The gardens and pool area were spacious and beautifully kept. The spa was fantastic and the rooms were comfy. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and the staff were excellent. The hotel is in a great location next to a lovely park and within easy walking distance of restaurants and museums.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully presented hotel in a great location for exploring the North of the Island. the customer service team, particularly Annabelle, provided excellent service and moved us to great rooms without us having to ask. the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fantastic and definitely worth the money. the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of amenities to enjoy, including comfortable gardens, a lovely pool, and nice bars with a terrace. the complimentary breakfast on the outside patio was exquisite, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

We were also impressed with the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with a 0% use of plastic. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options for all dietary preferences. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the city center but in a quiet area, making it perfect for exploring the main sights of this city.

The upgrade from a poor room to a spacious suite with a jetted bathtub was a great surprise. Well-maintained grounds and a nearby park made it easy to explore on foot. No need for a rental car.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the television channels in the room were limited to Spanish and German language.
