I recently stayed at Iberostar in Playa de Muro for a week-long vacation with my family. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks upon arrival and were impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained territory of the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even ice cream. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had great spa services and plenty of available sun loungers. We loved that we could easily arrange excursions and activities through the hotel, such as boat trips and snorkeling. Additionally, the Iberostar application for guests was a convenient tool to have during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a beautiful location, excellent service, and a variety of amenities.

the food and service were excellent, with a great variety of choices and deliciously prepared dishes. the rooms were always kept clean thanks to the attentive cleaning service. We also loved the proximity to the beach, as well as the beautiful grass area and the shade provided by the trees on our way to the beach. the staff were very kind and accommodating, especially when we requested to change our room multiple times. the hotel premises were superb, featuring fantastic indoor and outdoor pools, a great gym, and an amazing breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

I recently stayed at Iberostar in a beautiful beachfront location. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food exceeded our expectations. The entertainment for both adults and children was fantastic, and the beach and water were breathtaking. our stay was even better than we anticipated.

The location was perfect, right on the beach with fabulous sandy shores. The food was amazing, with a high variety and good quality. I loved the breakfast and dinner options, with the menu changing daily.

We had a fantastic upgrade to a village with a sea view. Despite some rain and flooding on the first night, the hotel quickly changed our room and even upgraded us to an all-inclusive package. the hotel had a perfect size, not too crowded, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the cleaning staff did a great job, and we enjoyed the big pool and beautiful bay. the food was good with a wide choice, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the hotel also offered spa services, available sun loungers, and the option to book excursions and activities. We were impressed by the Iberostar app.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the beach with shallow water perfect for kids. The staff were incredibly attentive and the service was top-notch. We were impressed with the manager who went above and beyond to resolve a small issue we had on the first night and even upgraded our room to a suite. The amenities were excellent, with a fitness room, live band show, and delicious food with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, right on the beach and very close to many restaurants and bars. the fully renovated facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the food was varied and well-presented, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. We particularly liked the truck food with delicious pancakes and hamburgers.

The pool area was a bit small, especially for the age 2 to 5 range, and there were not many activities for them. the sauna and jacuzzi weren't always working properly, which was a bit disappointing.

As young people, we loved the beach bar and the convenience of having the beach right at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the variety of food choices at the restaurant.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.
