where do I even begin? the walls are paper thin, and I could hear my neighbors partying and then hurling until 3 am. the elevator is louder than my entire family! I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but I got nothing. my stay would’ve been lovely if anyone actually cared. disappointing, to say the least.

My recent stay was overall standard. The room had no baseboards, and while it smelled good, I felt it needed attention. There is no convenience store on-site, so I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. The outdoor pool area was nice for relaxation. I also had dinner in the restaurant, which was decent but not memorable. Being from Italy, I'm always curious about American hospitality, and this experience fit into that curiosity but wasn't particularly impressive.

Absolutely loved the location, so close to Disneyland! Had a lekker spacious room with comfy beds, really fit for a family. Also, the hand lotion in the bathroom was such a nice touch—smelled divine! Pool area was cool for a chilled afternoon with the kids. The staff were sharp-sharp, always ready to help.

The parking area was a bit cramped, especially at night. We ended up parking a bit further away, which was a bit of a schlep.

I had a great 8-night stay, with daily cleanings and fantastic dining options. The food was top-notch, and Salvador was incredibly attentive! Unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit cramped.
