We had a romantic escape and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information about the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a large room with two office desks, perfect for our study week. The hotel's location within walking distance of the city center and attractions like the Guggenheim Museum made exploring Bilbao easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even had the convenience of being able to charge our plug-in hybrid car in the garage.
