just got back from a long weekend in brighton and grand pier guest house was amazing! the location was perfect and the room rate included breakfast. the staff were super friendly and they even left cupcakes and a birthday surprise for my fiancé. will definitely book here again.

We came for Brighton Mod Weekender and stayed for a long weekend. The guest house was clean and centrally located. Staff were pleasant and provided clean towels and a bottle of water in our room. Good tea/coffee facilities were also available. The room was small but spotless and was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was freshly cooked, with gluten-free options. They even surprised my fiancé with cupcakes and a birthday banner. Just a 5-minute walk to the Volks bar/Pier. Perfect for us.

Our stay at Grand Pier Guest House was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and luxurious bedding. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the sea front. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The highlight of our stay was the special Easter surprise left in our room by the manager, Stefan. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this guest house.

I was in Brighton for a quick weekend getaway and stayed for two nights. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the new zip-line experience right on the seafront. The famous Pier was just around the corner. I had the best sleep on the incredibly comfortable mattress in room 4. Rick, the host, was extremely responsive and accommodating, allowing us to keep our bags in the room after checkout. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast options were delicious. a wonderful experience!

Great location for sightseeing, with beach and aquarium just a short walk away. Close to bus stop for station and seven sisters cliffs. Plenty of restaurants nearby, though slightly pricey. Large room with comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom, tea/milk, TV, and wifi. Quiet and restful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the guesthouse. Rick was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our bags beyond checkout. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the daily cleaning service was greatly appreciated. The central location was perfect for exploring the area, with restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a thoughtful anniversary gesture in our room. Checking in and out was a breeze. we felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.

Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to the main attractions. the view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious, especially the sausages.

The room was quite hot and the small fan provided was noisy. the bed was also squeaky, which made it difficult to sleep when my partner moved.
