I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located in a beautiful setting. When we arrived, the staff member at reception was incredibly kind and went out of their way to prioritize our room since it was my mother's birthday. This was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel special. The room itself was quite good, with a balcony and close proximity to the spa and pool area. The area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel had great company and the staff members who tried to make our stay special did an excellent job. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the fluffy white towels provided for the pool were a nice touch. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, especially in the public areas, and the amenities such as the spa and gym were excellent. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal in the restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. The sports bar was lively, perfect for watching football matches with a group of friends.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable during hot weather.

As youngsters, we loved the cool and stylish vibe of the venue. The common areas were well-maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were super helpful, and they even assisted us with storing our bikes. The hotel had a large selection for breakfast, although the eggs were a bit overcooked. Despite its size, the hotel didn't cause any delays during breakfast. The beds were really comfy, and the room itself was spacious and tidy.

We felt very well during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

I stayed at Old Thorns for a night to escape and relax. The Eco Pod gave me the perfect tranquil getaway, allowing me to disconnect and enjoy my own company. The pool and spa area were lovely, especially with the 18-and-over sauna and steam room. Having a Starbucks on site was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Golf enthusiasts would love this hotel, and the location was great with multiple bars and restaurants to choose from. The well-lit car park was a bonus, ensuring a safe journey back to the room late at night.

The hotel had lots of options for things to do, places to eat and drink within the complex. The staff went above and beyond by providing balloons in the pod for my birthday and even gave a free pudding voucher. The hotel itself was modern, comfortable, and efficiently run. The pool and spa were excellent, and the coffee shop and restaurants provided great food options. The apartment overlooking the golf course had a beautiful view, and the pool with a hot tub and sauna was a great addition. Cooking breakfast in the own room's kitchen allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The restaurant had an extensive menu and the food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The breakfast in the morning was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious spa, a well-maintained tennis court, and a stylish cocktail bar.

A minor issue with the bathroom, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

We loved the comfortable and clean self-catering apartment with spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was well-managed and clean, perfect for our family with kids.

Felt so much at home, no complaints.
