We had a wonderful stay at Lombardo Suites! The location was great, close to landmarks and museums. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a full kitchen and comfy sitting area. The staff, particularly Magdaleno, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel also surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I had a great experience. The location was perfect, situated in a safe and lively neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants around. The service and housekeeping were phenomenal with a grocery shopping service and laundry readily available. The room amenities were a definite plus, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar to the tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive to all of my needs.

The complimentary drinks and cookies were a nice touch during the Christmas season, and the free shuttle service to popular landmarks was a great convenience. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with several museums and restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop views were also a highlight, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city streets.

The advertised "gym" was a letdown - just a room with a few pieces of outdated equipment. the noise level from other rooms and the hallway was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and sleep.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Luxe feel to the apartment. Good WIFI at times. Perfect shower, bed, and kitchen. Great location near Chapultepec park.

the staff at the front desk, particularly Vaneza and Oliver, were friendly and spoke English well. Even the support staff who didn't speak English were still great and used a translator app to communicate. the hotel was spacious, quiet, and in a safe location. the housekeeping was excellent, cleaning the apartment daily and replenishing necessities. the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall experience was fantastic.
