We had an amazing stay at Dot Rooms Pension Edorta! the location was right in the heart of the old town, making it incredibly convenient. We loved how affordable it was compared to similar properties in the area. the owners were extremely easy to communicate with, both before our arrival and during our stay. Silvia was particularly accommodating and responsive through WhatsApp. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for us. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. highly recommended - the pictures don't do it justice!

Amazing value for money, the room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with easy access to the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing me to have a late check-out and providing luggage storage.

The location of the hotel was superb, as it was near the beach area and right in the heart of the old town. We were able to explore the city easily and enjoy the beautiful beaches. the hotel was close to the nice square of Konstituzio Plaza, which had many terraces where we could relax and have a drink.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved, especially between the floors. It would have been nice to have a better noise insulation to ensure a more peaceful stay.

Located in the heart of the old town, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It is close to everything you want to visit, including the Zurriola beach. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom is faultless, and the service provided by the friendly staff is top-notch.

Some noise from the street and other rooms can be heard, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

I couldn't have asked for better value for my money. The room and bathroom were spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the tips and advice we needed to make the most of our visit. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful. due to the lively street life, noise could be an issue, especially if you prefer a quieter ambiance.
