the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. the hotel itself was perfect, with comfortable rooms, first-class facilities, and delicious food. We especially loved the seafront location and the beautiful landscapes surrounding the property. the staff were also very helpful and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next visit!

The beach at the hotel was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and a beautiful view. the pool area was also well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun. the staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful.

There were not enough sunbeds available at the beach and pool area, and many guests reserved them with towels despite the hotel's request not to. Another downside was that the dinner options were mostly unsalted and lacked variety, with very little local cuisine on offer.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, and we loved the fact that there are two pools to choose from, one of which is right over a road and has a lovely beach bar overlooking the bay. The property and hotel are beautiful and clean, and the service, room service, and housekeeping were exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, and we were impressed with the spotlessly clean rooms and the variety of amenities available. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel right on the beach. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was in front of a beautiful beach with unbelievably turquoise water. The staff, from the reception staff to the manager greeting us for dinner and the waitresses looking after us, were superb and gave great service in a professional but friendly manner. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, with facilities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which added to the overall relaxation of our stay.

Honestly, we can't think of any negative aspects about this place. We would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a great Christmas holiday here! the views were stunning, with the hotel being located just steps away from the beach and close to town. the facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and great dining options. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. And the highlight of our stay was the daily fresh fruit vendor on the beach - what a treat!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and well-trained in customer service. The setting of the hotel, right on the beach, was beautiful. Plenty of sunbeds on the terrace, with no scramble for them. Short walk to Cala D'or for other bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was extremely clean, with staff constantly cleaning. Food was really good, especially the Gala Dinner. Lots of choices for vegetarians and vegans.

Guests can enjoy the small but beautiful beach of Cala Esmeralda, which can be easily accessed directly from the hotel by walking down the steps. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned thoroughly each day. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food, and the sea view rooms provide stunning views of the Mediterranean.

Our stay at Inturotel Cala Esmeralda was fantastic! We got great value for our money, with beautiful and modern rooms that were kept very clean. The location was perfect with a stunning beach just a stone's throw away, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
