Beautiful building, character-filled rooms, helpful staff, excellent cuisine, comfortable and clean rooms, large rooms.

Nothing not to love.

We had an incredible stay at this very chic and historically rich boutique hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and caring, making us feel right at home. The location, next to the old wall, allowed for great walks and a visit to the beautiful cathedral. The restaurant offered a variety of interesting choices. The hotel had a unique character, with luxurious offerings and a tranquil atmosphere. One highlight was the amazing claw tub bath. our stay at La Casa Del Presidente was exceptional.

Beautiful boutique located in the city walls with intricate decor. Friendly staff, good wifi, and decent food options. Recent refurbishment adds character to the already interesting building. Excellent location overlooking the city wall. Exquisite bathroom with high-end products.

Located near the city walls and next to a rubbish pond, this beautiful hotel offers a stunning view. The spacious rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Rick. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a generous array of options. Additionally, the hotel has fantastic gardens and a convenient location, close to the recommended restaurant Bococo.

Some customer service issues were noted, including a disappointing dinner experience and a lack of attention to detail regarding complementary water in the rooms.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the important sights and attractions. the pool area was a nice place to sit and relax. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The room was below average, with a very uncomfortable bed and small bathroom. the hotel also charged extra for nearly everything, including parking and drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Avila. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was small but had top-notch facilities, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Our experience at this luxury hotel was outstanding. The amenities provided here were exclusive and top-notch. The location was peaceful and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect. The sun loungers were comfortable, and the garden area was well taken care of. They had a private facilities exclusive for us which is why we think it is worth the price we paid.

Though we did experience a minor issue during our stay, which was the slow breakfast service. But, that one issue did not hinder our overall experience at this venue.
