The indoor pool and jacuzzi were refreshing after a long day in Yellowstone.

I was really disappointed with the breakfast situation. The main room was way too crowded and warm, while a completely empty second room sat unused. It would have been great if someone had just mentioned it at check-in! Such a simple fix.

The room for six was nicely appointed with real mattresses, ensuring comfort for everyone. Temperature control was good, and the noise level was pleasantly low, providing a restful environment. A shoe and coat rack added convenience. the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable. Maintenance could be improved; my room wasn't cleaned the first night but was promptly addressed. Rugs in the hallways felt musty and need updating. A spacious breakfast area with seating available made dining more enjoyable, though loud singing from staff was distracting. The location is perfect for park visitors, adding to the overall experience.

I loved how efficiently this hotel was positioned just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, making it super easy for us to start our day trips fully equipped, and with several attractions like the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center only about a 5-minute walk away, plus a quaint town park also close by, we spent our evenings enjoying the beautiful surroundings after our excursions each day;

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, guiding us to Yellowstone spots. my experience soured slightly with a rude breakfast attendant who harshly rushed us out at 9:20 AM. The older building felt dated, and sound traveled too easily – I worried about disturbing neighbors. Daily breakfast changes were a nice touch, though, and the location was ideal for park access. Future guests might appreciate quieter service and updated rooms. Still, there were plenty of positives to enjoy.

Location is key. Proximity to the national park entrance and Tesla Supercharger is outstanding. The clean, spacious room worked well for our family. Bunks over queens provided ample space, and the included breakfast exceeded expectations—variety and quality each morning. housekeeping needs improvement. Multiple knocks on our door before 10 AM disrupted our mornings. There should be a system to track guest departures. The shower head could use an upgrade. Noise from the kitchen was noticeable at dawn, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Small room for luggage was also a consideration. Despite these minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness and solid amenities.
