The hotel is in a great area on Pelai street, close to many great restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room with an extra bed for 3 adults was perfect for our family. The modern bathroom was a very nice touch and the balcony which was approved offered a nice view.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being near a small convenience store and in the city centre. The rooms are comfortable, with king-sized beds, and some even have a large balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms are well-designed with color-changing LEDs.

Sound isolation between rooms can be better.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. the location, close to Placa Catalunya and a metro station, made it easy for us to explore the city.

The location of Chic&Basic Reding was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the Ramblas and Gothic Quarter. The room I stayed in had a lovely patio with afternoon sun, perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with restaurant recommendations and transportation. The bathroom had cool color-change lights that the kids loved. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great complementary services such as toiletries being replenished everyday and the location was key, allowing us to walk to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We were also offered a comfortable bed which was perfect for our romantic escape.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable and did not allow for a peaceful night's sleep. we were initially given a smaller room with an added travel bed.

The transportation links were good, with a metro station right next to the hotel. this hotel had the best location and provided great facilities.

the location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to most tourist attractions and just a short walk to the metro stations, allowing me to easily explore the city. the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. for those traveling to and from the airport, there was a convenient Aerobús stop just a 5-minute walk away. the area felt safe and being within walking distance of La Rambla meant there was plenty of delicious tapas to enjoy!

The hotel's unique color-themed design makes it stand out and adds a fun touch. The central location is perfect, close to major attractions and great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was ready earlier than expected, allowing us to check-in earlier. The room was a nice size and kept clean.
