I had the best sleep ever thanks to the comfy bed, plush duvet, and quiet atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near Busch Gardens and offers a free shuttle.

Who needs room service anyway? It's not like I needed my room cleaned or anything.

Spotlessly clean, quiet room with a super comfy bed and a jaw-dropping bathroom. Close to Busch Gardens with a mind-blowing shuttle service even during Halloween horror nights. The staff was really pleasant and the breakfast, especially the pancake machine, was absolutely amazing!

The location was perfect for my visit to Busch Gardens, and the complimentary shuttle service was reliable and frequent. This saved me money on parking and made getting to the theme park quick and convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and having Disney Jr for my grumpy toddler to watch was a blessing after a long day at the park. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a good variety of options to choose from.

the amenities, such as the pool and gym access, were fully available, and we appreciated the freedom to choose if and how we wanted to participate. the shuttle service was fantastic, with friendly and punctual drivers who offered all-day service to attractions. the front desk staff were professional and accommodating, and the entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. the room comfort and accommodations exceeded our expectations, even surpassing some Hilton properties we've stayed at. This experience has definitely changed our opinions on the Holiday Inn brand, and we will be using them more often in the future!

Convenient location near Busch Gardens with free shuttle service. Friendly staff, helpful with AAA discount and provided a nice free breakfast. Clean rooms and ample parking. Enjoyed the pool and complimentary shuttle to local parks.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Tampa for one night and had a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and quickly resolved any issues I had, such as a malfunctioning shower and phone. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The hotel's location was convenient and close to Busch Gardens.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from the friendly and informative shuttle driver to the fantastic breakfast staff who took the time to chat with us. They really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The cable TV had a beautiful picture and so many great channels to choose from. The modern styling of the rooms was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall positive experience. The continental breakfast was mind-blowing, with eggs, sausages, pastries, and even a machine that made hot fresh pancakes right in front of you - so cool! The hotel's location was super convenient. The free shuttle service to the park was a huge bonus. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back in the future.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff, especially Tara at the front desk, were so friendly and helpful. They made sure to interact with my kids and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the room was comfortable and the beds were incredibly soft. the housekeeping, particularly Lisa, was exceptional. She was always smiling, gave us great tips about the area, and even went above and beyond by finding some money we had misplaced in the room.
