Super friendly staff, well-equipped kitchen, reasonably priced dinners, great for making friends, good location, clean enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer assistance or provide recommendations. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to popular attractions.- The common areas were comfortable and provided a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers.

The lack of amenities in the bathroom, such as shampoo and conditioner, was inconvenient and not what I expected. The towel policy was not clearly communicated, resulting in dirty towels being left on my bed instead of being replaced.
