This place suits me perfectly! The free airport shuttle, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool provide everything I need. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with my forgotten hairbrush. Tip, don't miss the delicious snacks at the bar! I'm coming back for Xmas!

the breakfast buffet had amazing fresh fruit and vegetables. Tasty cold meats. the pool only opens at 10:30 am, which is a bit late for me.

absolutely underwhelming experience at this so-called luxury hotel. waited 40 minutes to check in while others whined. woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary drink for the hassle. $4 for water—really? ! oh, and the rooms are so poorly insulated, I could hear my neighbors' whole life story. almost wrote a good review, just couldn’t!

Outdated room furnishings could use a refresh!!! Inconsistent shuttle service caused major delays!!! Poor sound insulation made for an uncomfortable stay, especially at night!!! Maintenance issues need immediate attention!!!

the rooms were spacious and cozy, with great shower products. breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. staff were friendly, and I had a peaceful night before my flight. loved the pool view!

i had such a great stay at melia! the shuttle bus made it super convenient to get to the very close barajas airport. i really enjoyed the exceptional outdoor pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens. special shoutout to the friendly staff, who made us feel welcome during our stay.

Had a pleasant night at this airport hotel with a really convenient airport shuttle and breakfast that was truly excellent! I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the sunny terrace. Just wish there had been a kettle in the room, but overall, it was a great choice for a quick stay! 😊

I stayed here for a night after a flight delay and the staff was super helpful during check-in. The shuttle to the airport was timely, and I loved dining at the bar/lounge area—it had the best tapas! Just wishing there were more coffee options in the room, but overall, it was a comfy spot to crash.
