the hotel was really clean and the staff were super friendly. Loved the big comfy rooms. we had plenty of space for the family. it was close to w&m college, which was ideal for us. the wifi was great and it helped us plan our days in the area. overall, a good vibe and peaceful stay!

huge disappointment with the breakfast, overpriced and nasty food. also, the check-in was messy and we had some issues getting our room sorted out.

great base for weekend strolls to parks and historical sites

The hotel was very clean and just a short walk from attractions like the Williamsburg Contemporary Art Center and the beautiful campus of the College of William and Mary, making it super convenient for my weekend explorations. plus, the personable staff really made my stay enjoyable, ensuring I felt right at home during my travels.

the pool had this gross film on it, which was quite the welcome surprise, I must say. Also, my pullout mattress had crumbs and stains—who doesn't love a complimentary crunchy rest? I expected preferential treatment for my inconveniences, but I just couldn't find it. I'll just be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The rooms were spacious, with family suites available that made for an easy stay with the kids. The on-site outdoor patio area provided a nice place to relax after a long day of exploration.

The cleanliness could use some serious improvement. I found stains on furniture in the room and the pool area had a noticeable oily film that made it uninviting. Also, the key cards were temperamental—had to get mine reactivated more than once.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I loved the comfortable couch in the room to relax after a full day at Busch Gardens.

However, the air conditioning in my suite struggled to keep up with the heat, which made for some warm nights. Plus, the pool area could use a deeper cleaning as I noticed some rust around the jets.

Wi-Fi was spotty, but the fitness center was great and well-equipped.

We stayed in the Queen Suite, which was super spacious for our group of 2 adults and 6 kids! The AC worked like a champ and kept the room nice and cool. The kids loved the indoor pool, but it could definitely use more cleaning. The bathroom was modern, though the shower area looked a bit worn. Staff were nicely professional and made everything feel welcoming. Great overall experience, just a few little things to improve.
