The hotel has a personable and professional staff, the rooms are clean and have a fresh feeling, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, and attractions like Colonial Williamsburg.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, such as a ghost tour and shopping at the outlets. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only breakfast option could have been better. A minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have a wider selection or more efficient service for the morning rush.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff all over the hotel were excellent and provided exceptional customer service. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was safe and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and I slept well after a long day at Busch Gardens. The location was great, being close to area attractions like the three major historic sites and the water park. Additionally, the breakfast on Sunday was much better, with neat and clean surroundings and delicious coffee. I liked that they had International Delight creamers.

Could not be improved in any way.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Hotel, I was absolutely impressed with the level of customer service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met and that guests were happy. I personally experienced this when I requested vegan meal options, and David, Juanita, Stefan, Abi. Their dedication and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store just a short drive away. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and convenient location.

The upgraded suite was a nice touch and gave us extra space to relax. the hotel location was convenient, close to restaurants and a short drive to popular attractions. Another advantage we enjoyed was the included breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options to start our day.

The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, causing us to wake up in pain. the room temperature was too warm and the HVAC system seemed ineffective.

The large room with two queen beds and spacious bathroom was perfect for us. We appreciated the self-service laundry and ice machine room. Having a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities in the room was very convenient. The staff, especially Ms. Alisha Sanders, was hospitable and made our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and we loved the food, which was delivered promptly to our room. a fantastic and reasonably priced hotel.

Loved my stay here! Staff were very accommodating and helpful. I also love the fact that it’s really accessible to restaurants, shops, attractions, grocery stores, and so much more! the room I stayed in was so clean! !

I felt like the front desk didn’t inform me well of the amenities. the breakfast deal was not clear and they had no knowledge of Chromecast use in the TV in the room.

Exceptional staff, great suite for family, free kids dinners, centrally located, well-maintained facilities, friendly staff.

The staff, especially Christine in the restaurant, was extremely friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice perk too. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. However, it's worth mentioning that the breakfast experience could have been better, and the fluctuating rates were a bit of a downside. But despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, I got a lot of bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was super nice and modern, not what I was expecting at all. The location was convenient, and the staff treated me like a VIP, even singing happy birthday to me!
