They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided great local recommendations. the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. the hotel's location was perfect, with great shops nearby and easy access to all the sights. the breakfast was delicious, and the daytime and evening menus offered amazing food with breathtaking views of Palma. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We were upgraded to a superior room at Nakar Hotel and loved the spacious bed! the blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep and the Molton Brown toiletries were a thoughtful touch. the room was impeccably clean and we enjoyed the rooftop view. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping and nightlife. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. the pool was a hidden gem, especially after running the Palma half marathon.
