The shower was amazing, with a convenient press button. The mini bar was a nice touch, offering complementary drinks. The room was bright and airy, with a comfortable bed and a large window. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The staff were always available and friendly, and the room amenities, especially the air conditioning, made my stay even more comfortable. I loved spending time on the terrace, as well as taking advantage of the rooftop pool with its delicious poolside snack bar. The welcome drink was also a lovely touch.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city! The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of the gothic quarter and just off the main square. It's perfect for exploring all the main attractions that make this place so special. The staff here are incredibly friendly and provide top-notch service. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the helpful concierge, they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The shower is excellent, and the bed is incredibly cozy.

It's a shame that some of the reception staff can seem a little disinterested or unhelpful at times. However, overall, the experience is generally positive, and I would recommend this hotel, especially to families.

We had a wonderful city break experience! the welcoming staff left us a cake on my birthday, which was lovely! we were pleasantly surprised to find complementary beverages and a coffee machine in the room. the key location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot, with the main square and top attractions nearby. Our room was spacious and comfy with an amazing shower! We had a great stay overall!

We found the pool a bit too cold and the breakfast was a bit overpriced. our small room was a bit cramped for two with a broken window lock that was not fixed despite numerous reminders.
