I recently stayed at a great apart hotel in the center for a few nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a kitchen that had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. Plus, they offer free tea and coffee at reception.

I recently stayed at a fantastic aparthotel in a great location. The hotel was recently renovated and looked beautiful. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to the metro. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for my family of six. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making our stay even better. Parking was available at Plaza Mayor or Descalzas, which though a bit pricey, was worth the convenience and safety. I had a great experience and couldn't find anything negative to say.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. You'll be close to everything! The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and great facilities. The breakfast is also delicious.

Great location near Opera and Plaza Mayor, with beautiful design and fully equipped kitchen. Our room was noisy, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. we recommend New Point Opera Aparthotel.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in our room. the location was perfect for walking to popular sights and restaurants. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows.

Our stay was impacted by the noise from outside. We were unable to get a good night's sleep due to the street noise.

We had a fantastic stay at the New Point Opera Aparthotel. The location was absolutely first rate, just a short walk from the Plaça Mayor and all the main attractions of the city. The studio apartment was spacious and easily accessible via elevator. The kitchen in the room was well-equipped and housekeeping kept everything feeling fresh. The staff were kind and friendly, even helping us book a taxi to the airport. it was great value for money and we would definitely stay again if there was a quieter room available.

The location is ideal, with everything within a few minutes' walk, including the Ritero park and Pardo museum. The room was clean and spacious, easily accommodating four people comfortably. The staff was friendly and provided two keys to the room.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and just 30 seconds away from Plaza Mayor. It was ideal for exploring the old city and enjoying all the restaurants and nightlife. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the clean and well-equipped rooms to the common rooftop patio with tables and chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from assisting with restaurant reservations to calling a taxi for airport transportation.

We had a great stay at New Point Opera Aparthotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access from the airport. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a spacious fridge and freezer. The staff was extremely helpful and the room had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the street. Additionally, there was a rooftop patio accessible from the top floor, which we were pleasantly surprised to discover. The central location allowed us to easily explore the royal palace, pedestrianized streets with shops and restaurants, and it was just a short walk to the museum district. our stay was highly satisfying and we would highly recommend this hotel.
