I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Barcelona that exceeded my expectations. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the Hotel Manager who welcomed us warmly and provided insightful recommendations for exploring the city, to the front desk staff who were always willing to assist with any requests, their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Barcelona's attractions and allowed us to easily access the vibrant city center. Lastly, I must mention the comfortable and well-maintained rooms that were equipped with all the basic amenities desired for a pleasant stay. It was a great value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great location, near tourist attractions and shopping. The front desk service was helpful in arranging taxis and providing information. Received a spacious room that met my needs. The breakfast options were satisfying. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and size, with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were worth the money we spent. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the bus stop and a small grocery store. The hotel is also in walking distance to beautiful landmarks such as Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, and the famous La Rambla street. We loved exploring the area, with its many tapas bars, shops, and coffee shops. The staff were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about the local tourist spots.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel could use some updating and a fresh coat of paint to give it a more modern feel. the air conditioning in the room was not always on, resulting in a stuffy and hot environment at times.

The stay was amazing! the staff was super friendly, and they even gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival and sweets for Thanksgiving! the location is just right, with everything you need around the corner. the room was clean and cozy, and we had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The noise level outside of the hotel, which made it a bit hard to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited, and we had to wait in line for quite some time to get our food.

The soundproofing of the rooms was poor, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to easily be heard. the housekeeping service was inconsistent, with one day where the room was not cleaned without any explanation.

The hotel is conveniently located near many important sights and is in a walking distance to main attractions. It is also close to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and minimalistic style. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The noise isolation in the rooms could be improved, as noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at Nh Barcelona Eixample were excellent! They were very polite and friendly, and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The lobby and rooms were beautiful, and we were even lucky enough to get a free upgrade. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept us cool. The balcony was a highlight, with lovely real plants. The shower had hot water right away, without any cold spurts. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel's location was great, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby.
