Great location, close to Cathedral and restaurants. Spacious Junior Suite with comfortable bed. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Tea & Nespresso machine. Lovely staff and nice breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to the historical centre, offering easy access to the main attractions. It is just across the river, providing beautiful views of the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are excellent, with plenty of space and modern amenities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the secure parking facilities.

The lighting in the rooms is insufficient, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-decorated. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a stunning cloister setting for breakfast. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions but still felt residential. We also enjoyed the convenience of being right across from the bridge leading to the old town. Parking was easy in the basement car park for a fee of €18. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for local wine.

The hotel offers a great buffet breakfast with friendly staff and good coffee. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with excellent internet. The chief receptionist, Sandra, provides excellent service. The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city.

We loved staying here! The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the historical centre and within a short walking distance from the cathedral. The area is so beautiful and it was great to explore it on foot. The service was amazing, we were impressed with the room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and other facilities. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, and we really enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant.

I recently stayed at Nh Collection Palacio De in Burgos for a business trip. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby cathedral and shopping district. Plus, the hotel itself is an architectural wonder. I also appreciated being able to park my car below the hotel and enjoy scenic walks along the river with my dogs.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during my stay in burgos. the staff were friendly, the room was lovely and spacious, and they even provided a basket for my dog. the restaurant was outstanding, serving the best meal of my tour, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced.

Great experience staying over Xmas. Loved the complimentary cava and chocolates in the room. the location couldn't be better, with the best views of the city and cathedral right outside. Plus, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

The staff at front desk weren't the friendliest and didn't provide much assistance.

This hotel is perfectly located, right by the central attractions and close to the St Mary's Arch. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection. the hotel had an attached parking place and a pet-friendly policy.

The walk from the lift to the room took ages and the corridors were very dark.

We stayed here a couple of times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is spot on, just across the river from the bridge to the Arco se Santa Maria. It's a lovely place to see wonderful Burgos. The service is great, with room service and car hire available. The room amenities are top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The dining options are fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The staff was lovely and had a lot of caricatures. We would definitely stay here again.

The stunning building of Nh Collection Palacio De, housed in a beautiful 16th-century beige stone former religious building, left me in awe. The location, just five minutes from the cathedral, was perfect. The attention to detail in the rooms, with wood floors and touches of red, made for a lovely ambiance. The bathroom had great lighting options, and the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch for us tea addicts. The proximity to the old town and restaurants was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.
