loved my stay at the hotel! the location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us great tips for getting around the city. the room was always clean and neat.

The complementary breakfast and bottle of water were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a great area, close to both the beach and some tourist hotspots. the room was spacious and had a lot of natural light.

This led to long wait times for check-in and no room service on Christmas day. the noise from the nearby highway was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist to the housekeeping team. We especially appreciated the welcome drink and the tours and ticket assistance that were available for us to take advantage of. this place was a fantastic choice for our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hesperia. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and restaurants, yet situated in a calm and peaceful area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good shower head and a small refrigerator. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh foods. We also appreciated the convenience of the underground parking, as the free beach parking areas were often busy and dusty. it was a great experience.

Located close to the beach. Junior suite had two separate rooms with privacy and comfortable beds. Good breakfast timing. Attentive staff provided excellent service, including fresh beach towels and complimentary treats. Easy access to public transportation and local restaurants.

That's possible on this hotel located in a quiet area in Poblenou. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, and as the cherry on top, there is an ocean view. Plus, you can buy your drinks in local supermarkets and save some money.

Sadly, the staff didn't show much interest and didn't help with the luggage in the disabled lift upon arrival.
