The location of Macdonald Windsor is superb, just a few steps away from the castle. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Chris on concierge, were super friendly and helpful. The car parking, although expensive, was convenient with gated access. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Located directly opposite the museum windows, this hotel offers excellent walkability to the town, Castle, and local restaurants. The rooms are lovely and unusually spacious, with comfortable beds and a super clean environment. The breakfast buffet provides a good variety of options, and there are a la carte orders available as well. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

Some areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, and more lighting around the mirror in the bathroom would be beneficial.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was brilliant! Just across the road from the famous castle and with the shops just around the corner, we were able to make the most of our short stay. The staff welcomed us warmly, especially Adam in the restaurant who was a total credit to the hotel. He made us feel right at home and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including separate tub and shower, free toiletries, and a comfortable bed with premium linens. The whole stay was just perfect!

I highly recommend this place to anyone. It exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We stayed at this venue and were amazed at how conveniently located it was - right across the street from the Castle! The staff here were incredible - they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome drink. The room was amazing with useful amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. In the morning, we had a lovely in-room breakfast and enjoyed the coffee in the lobby before heading out to see the sights.

Right in the center of this beautiful city, the hotel's superb location made it easy for me to explore all the attractions, including the Castle and St George's chapel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a lovely festive ambiance. The staff, especially those in the bar, were friendly and efficient. I never had to wait long for a drink, even during a busy weekend like the Jubilee. The complimentary prosecco and cake for my 50th birthday were a delightful surprise. Additionally, the valet parking, although a bit pricey, was hassle-free, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection.
