i was honestly ready to give a good review, but i just couldn’t. the pool was crowded, and dirty, i saw some dead lizards! moreover, the air conditioning wasn’t operational, making my stay insufferably warm. you’d think they would recognize a valued guest and offer an upgrade, but no special treatment here, i suppose.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to local restaurants and attractions, making it easy for our family to explore. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape for us after a busy day, although on the smaller side it was well-maintained. Our spacious room also provided a comfortable environment for our children to relax after adventures.

One downside was the limited breakfast options, which could use more variety for families.

The chic decor is absolutely breathtaking! ! Staff offered excellent local advice and the hotel’s location made accessing the metro a breeze.

My spacious room was clean, featuring a comfy bed and a fantastic shower. While breakfast offered a decent variety, it could benefit from healthier options. The rooftop pool added a refreshing touch, though it's quite small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

In my wife's opinion, the parking situation could be improved for families. It was a bit of a hassle navigating in and out with the kids.

the shower and bathroom were very clean. guest room plug sockets are too low for easy reach.

i was almost ready to give a good review, but the noise from the appalling digger outside ruined it all. on top of that, the air conditioning was non-existent and the staff couldn't care less. i expected at least a room upgrade after all that inconvenience, but it seems they don't recognize premium guests like me at all.

The sun terrace has a small pool with nice views. The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and awkward.

Well, my room’s bathroom was more like an open invitation for awkward moments. And who knew ‘smart’ TVs could be so not smart—Netflix had a mind of its own!
