The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were fully equipped with dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. It was great to have separate rooms, including a living room with a couch and a bedroom. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything wrapped and sanitized. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the staff even refilled the orange juice for us. The location was convenient, right off the freeway, and the room itself was inviting and cozy.

The customer service was outstanding. I received a call both days to check if I needed anything. The staff, from the front desk to the kitchen, was excellent. I really appreciated having coffee available 24 hours a day, especially since the coffee maker in my room was broken. The location of the hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though it was right next to an exterior door. Additionally, the shower was spacious, the water was hot, and the amenities provided were nice. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including delicious hazelnut creamer and fresh fruit.
