We found the hotel room very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was convenient, near good transportation options for our trip to London.

I keep returning because this place suits me perfectly. First stay, staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush. Free parking, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, 24-hour service. Coming back for holidays.

Had a lovely Easter weekend stay with friendly and warm staff who made us feel welcome. the hotel's location offered beautiful views and a convenient setting with shopping areas nearby. the full English breakfast was delicious, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from, and a great selection of drinks to start the day.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and could benefit from a refresh. the room decor felt a bit tired, and the deep bath made showering a bit challenging.

Chose this hotel for a meeting due to versatile meeting room, free WIFI, and parking. These amenities perfectly covered my meeting needs.
