We had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't be better, situated in a central area with a metro station just 20 meters away, making it convenient to visit all the tourist sites. This place is situated in a really nice area opposite Passeig De Gracia, in the Eixample district. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, from the 24-hour room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services they offered. The housekeeping staff kept our room immaculate and the laundry service was efficient. The shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy for us to get around the city. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The terrace and dressing area added a luxurious touch to our stay. The in-room safe and trouser press were convenient, and the dining table allowed us to enjoy meals in the privacy of our room. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and soundproofed rooms ensured that we had a comfortable and uninterrupted stay. The garden furniture provided a relaxing space for us to unwind. The free toiletries, electric kettle, television, and alarm clock added to the overall comfort of the room.

The air conditioning/heating system in the room was a bit confusing to operate. the towels were changed every day even if it was not necessary, which is not very environmentally friendly.

During our stay, we found a great hotel with a prime location between adventures. The hotel was close to the metro, which we used one evening. It was also close to all the popular tourist attractions, which was a real plus. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, and the staff was professional, kind, and welcoming. The infinity pool on the top floor with its little bar offered a refreshing break from the heat.

One minor issue was that we had to ask for tea at the reception desk as there were no teabags in the room, only coffee.
