Great location with helpful staff and a stunning partial Kaaba view from the room. The breakfast buffet was tasty , but could use a bit more variety. Room service was efficient and friendly, making our stay more pleasant.

We encounter some initial discomfort with room cleanliness, particularly with dusty surfaces.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect and the room I got was a delightful surprise with a lovely view. Staff were oh-so-helpful, especially with my urgent medicine dilemma—VIP treatment for sure!

But, darling, the AC seemed to be on a leisurely vacation—I was sweating like a sinner in church! Overall, it’s a stellar hotel, but that cooling was a bit of a hot mess.

Room service was super quick and helpful. the breakfast had delicious variety, and chef imran was always friendly and made sure we were taken care of. the view from my room was fantastic, seriously made my stay so much better. big shout out to the staff, they were all friendly and made us feel welcome!

rayhaan by rotana has an amazing location, just steps away from the haram. i loved the view from my room, it was breathtaking! the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, especially chef imran who made the food delicious. overall, a fantastic experience for my first umrah.
