Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities in the room provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and drinks with beautiful decor. The service was excellent and made my stay a truly memorable one. Additionally, the location advantages of being in the heart of the city made it easy to navigate and see popular attractions.

The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were not available during my stay which was a minor disappointment. However, this did not detract from the overall experience of the hotel.

Located right in the center of the bustling shopping district, this hotel offers convenience and easy access to shops, eateries, and a nearby MRT station. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with well-maintained rooms, equipped with amenities like a capsule coffee maker and a tea selection. The breakfast selection has been greatly improved, offering a variety of choices. With a prime location next to a mall, this hotel is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Despite the great location, the room may have a drawback for light sleepers as the light switches and air conditioning panel emit a strong light at night, causing the room to be brightly lit.

The hotel had a good location close to the shopping area and public transportation which made it easy for us to get around during our city trip. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed which made for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around in. The breakfast was below average and had limited options. the hotel felt outdated and could benefit from some updates to improve the guest experience.
