We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel with impressive architecture. The hotel's historical building is situated directly opposite the cathedral, making it a unique and picturesque location. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and prompt during the check-in/check-out process. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was decent. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel right in the center of the city, overlooking a beautiful cathedral. the location couldn't be better, and the spacious room with a nice bathroom was perfect for our needs. the small balcony with deckchairs was a lovely touch, allowing us to relax and appreciate the view even more.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel right in the heart of the old town. the location of Palacio Valderrabanos was perfect, just beside the cathedral and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. the bathroom was luxurious, with a large shower and plenty of hot water. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of high-quality food. my experience was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, directly across from the Cathedral in this important tourist city. The old architecture stile and colors added to the charm. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had a truly unforgettable experience staying at a renovated medieval palace in a prime location. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with stunning paintings on the walls. The room was spacious, clean, and the wifi was excellent. I also enjoyed the incredible view from my window overlooking the Cathedral. The hotel's proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shopping made it even more convenient. it was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location next to cathedral, updated rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Quiet room, good air conditioning, efficient reception. Close to Plaza Mayor, cafes and restaurants. Temperature, extra pillows and blankets were a plus. Parking and beautiful decorations.

We were delighted with the spacious rooms, chique furniture, and comfortable bedding. The balcony offered an excellent view of the sunset, perfect for enjoying a local cognac or coffee. Spiridoula, our host, was exceptionally kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel provided water, coffee, and nearby dining options. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic time here. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the renowned UNESCO world heritage cathedral and situated behind the infamous walls. The staff were all extremely friendly and hospitable, and the room service was top-notch. The amenities provided in the room, like the electric kettle and free toiletries, made our stay all the more comfortable. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and were grateful for the assistance received from the tours/ticket desk.
