The Parador De had a beautiful building with a stunning view of the town from its hilltop location. the central courtyard, which was once used for rainwater collection, now serves as a smoking area, but as a non-smoker, I appreciated that it was glassed off on all levels. the staff were incredibly friendly and the town itself was a joy to explore, with a scenic park along the river. One standout dish for me was the perfectly seared scallops served on their shells.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Parador De. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff were always helpful and responsive to any issues that arose. The on-site parking was convenient, although spaces were limited.

Apart from that, my stay was great. The hotel had a few minor issues such as litter on the front lawn and poor English translations on the menu and signage.
