parque santiago iv official was the perfect choice for our group visit in playa de las americas. the hotel's excellent location, stunning ocean view from the terrace, and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.

Loved my stay at Parque Santiago IV! Stayed in an ocean view room and enjoyed the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean and safe. The salt water heated pools were a fantastic touch. There were plenty of sunbeds due to low occupancy, which was pure heaven. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the fun with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The beautiful green grounds added to the overall charm of the hotel.

A relaxing and quiet hotel with helpful staff, especially Saray at reception. The location is great, with spacious rooms, lots of lighting, and two balconies. The heated pool was a bonus in February.

We recently stayed at Parque Santiago IV for a relaxing vacation in Tenerife. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The highlight was the huge pool surrounded by nice apartments. The location was fantastic, close to Las Americas with plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as being near the Hard Rock Cafe. The daily designs made by our kind and awesome cleaner added a special touch to our stay.

Despite a few minor maintenance issues, we do recommend this hotel. The cupboard door in the apartment didn't close properly, and there were some chips in the wooden furniture.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely poolside bar and restaurant where I enjoyed delicious food and refreshing drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The clean and spacious rooms were a delight, and the hotel's location in the heart of everything made it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants, shops, and the beautiful sea.

There were a few minor things that could be improved upon. the beds were not the most comfortable, as the mattresses were quite hard.

The facilities were top-notch and the apartments were spacious and clean. I especially loved the amazing views from my apartment. The location was also perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The highlight for me was the direct access to the sea from the quiet little street behind the massive terrace. It couldn't have been better!

While there were a few small downsides, such as the difficulty in finding parking and the noise from neighboring apartments, these didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the prime location of the hotel. It was at the edge of all the action and restaurants, making it perfect for our holiday. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was directly opposite the sea, and we could hear the soothing sound of waves at night from our room. Another advantage was the excellent cleaning staff, who made sure that our rooms were made up and cleaned every day. The groundsmen also maintained and cleaned the property, including the pools, to a very high standard.

One of the drawbacks we experienced was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It got quite hot at night, and only having fans didn't offer much relief.

The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious apartments and amazing views. We stayed in a room on the first floor on the left, which had a balcony overlooking a walkway. The room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh towels daily as well. The beds were changed three times during our stay, ensuring maximum comfort. Another highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.
