We had a fantastic stay at Petit Palace! the location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions like Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel itself was well managed and spotlessly clean. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they accommodated our request to have two rooms together and even allowed one of the rooms to be checked in early. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the views from the breakfast place were stunning. We were welcomed with a thoughtful note and complimentary water in our rooms. We will definitely choose Petit Palace for future trips to this city!

The rooms have a simple design and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and the shower is amazing, providing a refreshing experience.

The room is small and poorly lit, with a tiny cupboard that can only fit short items of clothing. The overall condition of the hotel seems old and in need of repairs.

There was major construction going on in front of the hotel which was not informed to us. Our room was not ready despite being promised with an early arrival.
