I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Barcelona. Upon arriving after midnight, I was warmly welcomed by Mauro, who made sure I felt right at home. The superior room I booked exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and beautiful balcony. The room was well-stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, and a mini-bar. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The breakfast, which I opted for, was outstanding. There was a wide variety of options and the staff promptly replenished anything that was running low. The breakfast room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

Stayed at Petit Palace for 3 nights on a leisure trip. Breakfast was good and service at breakfast, front desk, and bellman was excellent. Room was nice and clean. The outdoor garden area has a lot of potential. Conveniently located near the metro station and a small square with coffee shops and bakeries. Staff was excellent at handling requests and service.

As a tourist, I loved the hotel's unbeatable location just off La Rambla. It was the perfect base for exploring all the major tourist attractions and shops, as everything was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the common areas and bedrooms, was exceptional. The staff were friendly, informative, and cheerful, and they really contributed to making my stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast selection that was offered.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It is in the heart of the city, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and shops. Being so close to all the action made it really convenient for me to explore the city during my business trip. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to provide useful advice and even printed my tickets for me when I emailed them. Plus, they had complimentary bikes that I could use to get around the city, which was a great bonus.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the shower in my room wasn't very powerful and often ran cold, which was a bit disappointing.

The value for our money was great, and our room on the quieter street was perfect. The location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location just off Las Rambla and near La Boqueria market. Walk to everywhere or hop on a bus to the beachfront. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making was a nice bonus.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with both the common areas and our bedroom being well kept. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and they even gave our toddler and infant some lovely presents. The hotel's location was exceptional, as it was close to the Ramblas market area and the garden area, which we could easily access from the courtyard by the restaurant manager. We were able to walk everywhere or take a bus to the beachfront, and we loved being next to a great street market with an abundance of food choices.

Great central location, near a lovely market and an Irish bar. Clean, modern rooms with big windows and a Juliet balcony. Friendly staff always available to assist. Tranquil courtyard adds to the charm. Delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, being close to the fish market, cathedral, and many Barcelona attractions. The transportation options were excellent, with a Metro station just opposite the hotel lane and easy access to taxis and buses. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the good selection at breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a small street in the heart of the city, close to everything by walking. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and amazing terraces with garden views. The breakfast includes healthy options with fresh local fruit at very reasonable prices.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing us to walk to many sights or take the metro station nearby. Our room was spacious and provided us with everything we needed. The tasty continental breakfast gave us all energy for the day.

Sadly, the restaurant quality was not up to our expectations. Needless to say we did n't try restaurant again.
