Superb location for exploring the city's art galleries and park. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Free bike hire for a tour around the park is highly recommended. Great breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in an ideally located hotel, close to the city centre and major attractions such as galleries and Retiro park. The staff at the hotel were attentive, charming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of fresh and tasty foods. The room and bathroom were clean and well presented, with a huge shower and plenty of complimentary bathroom products. The hotel provided excellent noise isolation and comfortable beds for a peaceful night's sleep.

The lack of coffee facilities in the room was a downside.

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. the location is incredibly central, right beside Retiro Park. the room and facilities were spotlessly clean and well presented. What really stood out to me were the wonderful, hospitable staff who made me feel like I was at home. Ray, in particular, was magnificent with his warm, stylish, and kind approach. the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, although a little pricey, it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning to Petit Palace.

We stayed at a very lovely hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was exactly what we wanted for a good night's sleep. the location was great, with many restaurants within a 10-minute walk. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruit-infused water available in the lobby throughout the day. the family room with bunk beds was clean, quiet, and adequate for our needs. We loved being so close to Retiro Park and the Prado museum, both just a 5-minute walk away. It was also convenient to have access to a reliable and reasonably priced taxi service through the mytaxi app.

We loved this venue! the location was fantastic, close to the museums and on a quiet side street, yet it was convenient with a taxi rank nearby. Secondly, the services provided were top-notch, from room service to car hire and housekeeping. And lastly, the amenities in the room were great, with an in-room safe, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. Not to mention the staff, who were attentive and responsive to all our requests, including providing tours, tickets, and a welcome drink!

We loved the hotel's location, it was very close to the Prado Museum, the Retiro Park, and even Atocha Station which was within walking distance. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city and its attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. We also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail in replacing the coffee and tea once used.
