We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being spacious, modern, and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area and the kids activities. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance to the main strip. We also really appreciated the staff's efforts to get people to take part in activities.

plazamar serenity resort in santa ponsa exceeded my expectations with its well-maintained amenities, friendly staff, and ideal location near the beach and restaurants. it's a perfect spot for families with young children and offers great value for money. the special arrangements made for our honeymoon were a lovely touch.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and local shops. One of the best parts was the food, it was fresh and plentiful. The all-inclusive snacks by the pool were made to order, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and had good amenities.

The pool area was a bit disorganized, with guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning despite notices stating otherwise. The pool itself had some missing tiles which made it look a bit worn.

We had a fantastic time at Plazamar Serenity Resort. Traveling with our 9-month-old, we were pleased with the variety and quality of the food options, as well as the refillable Sangria and beer. The kids entertainer in the evening was a hit, and the pool area was clean and perfect for our baby to crawl around on the grass. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and the location was just a 5-minute walk to the beach and shops. We especially loved the fantastic kids club with the friendly and welcoming Alison.

We had a great value for our money at the Plazamar Serenity Resort. The spacious studio comfortably accommodated three adults, and we were able to do some self-catering with the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the supermarket, making our stay even more convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area and kids activities were top-notch. Special shoutout to Max, the kids entertainer, who made everyone feel included and entertained.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more vegan options available.
