I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Portals Hills Boutique Hotel made our stay exceptional. The hotel is situated in a stunning location and is impeccably maintained. The service provided by the staff is truly outstanding, with each person going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their knowledge of the island and recommendations for dining and sightseeing were spot on. The pool area is fantastic, with great music and a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to this amazing place soon. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We just stayed 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel. The staff are its biggest asset but the facilities and breakfasts were also excellent. The decor, food, and bar area are really nice, and the music sounded great throughout the hotel. The hotel is clean and airy, with a good outside space for sunbathing and a reasonable size pool. The on-site spa offers fantastic treatments, and the beautician Pui provided a fantastic pedicure. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony furniture was probably the nicest I have ever seen. The pool area had a quiet zone, which I liked for the relaxed atmosphere. The pool loungers were fantastic and as comfy as some hotel beds, and the sun parasols were like works of art. Breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful setting, with everything immaculate.

Great location, close to the beach and marina area with lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any requests. - the hotel was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The walls in the rooms were thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard, which can disrupt sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and resulted in back pain for some guests.

Second stay in 2 months. Staff and overall experience faultless. Will return in spring.

portals hills boutique was a wonderful surprise. the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. the location was perfect for exploring the shops, restaurants, and beach on foot. the balcony and sea view were a great addition, and the beds were super comfy. overall, a fantastic stay.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Palma. However, accessing the hotel can be a challenge as it is located down a dangerous slope covered with small pieces of glass. Once inside, the rooms are clean and basic, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is satisfactory. the hotel has a pool area that is clean and well-maintained.

The lack of a fridge or kettle in the rooms can be inconvenient for guests.

The hotel had a beautiful design and offered great views. the pool area was perfect for sunbathing. the staff were very friendly and provided great service.

The room was not soundproof, making it difficult to sleep. the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels had holes in them.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a relaxing escape with a sauna, outdoor heated swimming pool, and treatment rooms. the infinity pool provided stunning views and the sun terrace with sun loungers was perfect for sunbathing. the restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner with a variety of options.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of live entertainment or a night club on the premises. this didn't affect our overall experience as there was plenty to do nearby.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent and we had a lovely view from our balcony. The pool area was clean and the loungers were comfortable.
