The hotel design and rooms were absolutely stunning. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the overall aesthetic. The breakfast, especially the granola yogurt, was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We loved the convenience of the TV system with built-in Google Chrome cast, allowing us to easily cast our favorite apps like Netflix and YouTube.

One drawback we experienced was a slight unpleasant smell in the toilet at times. Additionally, the toilet door in our room was a bit hard to open and close.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Radisson Blu. The separate living room and TWO bathrooms made us feel like royalty. The modern decor added a touch of luxury. The location was perfect, with attractions like the Prado Museum and Botanic Gardens right across the road. The small bars and cafes outside the hotel were a great convenience. our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip. It was within walking distance of all three major art museums in the area, making it easy for us to explore the cultural scene of the city. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

One downside of our stay was the overpriced minibar. The prices for items like a can of coke were quite high, which made it less appealing to use.

The pool and sauna were wonderful, providing a unique and memorable experience. The room was comfortable and well-utilized. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great and the staff, especially Mr. Manuel at the reception, were friendly and professional.

Located in the heart of the action, this hotel is walking distance from everything on your list, especially the Prado museum. The perfect placement allows you to explore the old town, take in the cultural landmarks, and have a leisurely time. The rooms are spacious, airy, and boast spectacular views. They are well-equipped with everything you could need to make your stay special, including an expresso machine, complimentary slippers, and luxurious toiletries. The breakfast spread is fantastic too.

The service charges on minibar items might take you aback for their high prices.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. the location was also great, as it was close to major museums and the city center. the staff were friendly and provided good recommendations.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped. the toiletries and amenities were not as abundant as I would have liked.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the spacious suite and the comfortable mattress. the double glazed windows were also a great feature as they blocked out any noise from the nearby tapas bar. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring Madrid, with the Prado and Retiro park just opposite the hotel. It was great to be able to walk everywhere, with museums and the city center within a 10-minute walk. the area was also filled with lovely tapas bars and restaurants, making it a food lover's paradise.

Our room was freezing cold with no heat provided, despite multiple attempts to get it fixed. Front desk staff was unhelpful and gave false promises of getting the heating issue resolved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything worth visiting in this city. We were just across the street from the famous museum and a 15-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. The staff at the reception and restaurant were extremely friendly, efficient, and kind. They were especially patient with our son, who requires special care. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was spacious and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel facilities and transportation options were excellent, making it a convenient choice for our stay.
