I recently stayed at Radisson Blu in Gran Canaria for a week-long vacation. The breakfast options were fantastic, catering to a variety of nationalities. The sports facilities were top-notch, and there were plenty of activities for children. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with stunning views. The upper pool area was peaceful as promised, with clear water and perfect temperature. The room was comfortable, and we especially loved the terrace. I must mention two exceptional staff members, Tusar at the reception and Vincence in the restaurant. a wonderful experience!

Despite my recommendation of this hotel, there were a few downsides. We also had an issue with cockroaches in both the room and on the balcony, which was unsettling.

The value for the money was excellent, with a comfortable room, great amenities, and a friendly staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and market.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of fresh vegetables.

Impressive location surrounded by volcanic mountains and close to the beach/marina resort. Warm and friendly reception with a glass of champagne upon arrival. Delightful and attentive staff, including the receptionist Cynthia. Well-thought-out activities by the animation team. Fabulous hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Two beautiful pools, one for adults and one for both adults and children. High-quality and plentiful food. Great service and personal attention from all staff members.

As adventure travelers, we loved the wide range of facilities at the hotel, including the fabulous pools and access to the pool from our ground floor room. The location in a quiet area was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants in Puerto Mogan. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a massive array of different foods and drinks. The large balcony in our superior room was a highlight, with comfortable sunbeds and a table and chairs.

The pools were amazing, with a very good kids pool, a large pool for everyone, and a quiet pool for adults looking for some relaxation. The location was perfect, a little outside of the main town but still close enough to enjoy the harbor and beach area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was spotless. The amenities were fabulous, and we especially enjoyed the selection of toiletries and the fluffy robes. The pools were great, and we never felt crowded. The location was perfect, as it was just a pleasant 15-minute walk down to the lovely beach and marina resort. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the animation team did a fantastic job getting everyone involved in activities. The food was of very high quality and plentiful.

The beach was close by, and we enjoyed the convenient location. the swimming pool area with the jacuzzi was quiet and relaxing, and the happy hour was a nice touch. the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options. the room itself was spacious, with a nice terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the hotel's plantation and flowers were well looked after, creating a lovely ambiance.

There were a few negative aspects that need to be addressed. there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink, which was quite off-putting.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to explore the local area.
