I had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, on the edge of the Tenderloin and close to the posh shopping area. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service during my entire stay. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay including a mini-bar and air conditioning.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Jesse, was incredibly helpful and personable. The architecture of the building and lobby was gorgeous, and my newly renovated room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and the fact that they held my bags after checkout so I could explore the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located, near many stores and attractions. You can easily walk to Union Square and enjoy a day of shopping. There are plenty of options to choose from when it comes to dining out or grabbing a quick bite to eat. The breakfast is also quite good, with a good selection of food available to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved is the toiletries provided in the room. Some guests have mentioned the quality is not up to par with other hotels in the same category.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, within walking distance to Union Square and surrounded by great eateries. Our room was well equipped and comfortable, and the gym had everything we needed. we enjoyed our stay at the Autograph Collection.

The fitness center has new, clean machines and plenty of space. The rooms are modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. Complimentary breakfast and cookies are a nice touch. I will definitely return!

Additionally, the hotel had clear rules and regulations, which helped us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated close to Union Square and a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the city and find dining options easily.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, we were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness when we requested extra towels and shampoo. Despite following the instructions provided, our requests were not addressed, leaving us without the necessary amenities. Additionally, there were delays and inconveniences due to ongoing construction and limited elevator availability, which made it difficult to navigate the hotel smoothly. Lastly, we were initially given keys to a room on a lower floor, despite requesting a higher floor, and it was inconvenient to rectify the mistake.

Our recent weekend stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was included and satisfactory. Even though the hotel was situated in a not-so-nice location, it was convenient for travelling around the city. We had access to buses and other transport options. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day.

The check-in process could have been faster and more efficient. We were ignored for several minutes by the check-in staff, and when we inquired about breakfast included in our rate, the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that our lost property was never found, and after contacting the manager, our question was left ignored.
