This place suits me perfectly, offering everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with returning sim cards I left behind. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast!

The elevator is a bit cramped!!! I faced lack of service in the bar/restaurant area!!! It feels like they are overly strict about checkout times, even when it's inconvenient for guests!!!

Great place in the heart of Madrid!

This hotel is super close to everything! We loved the rooftop bar for chill drinks after a long day. The staff was genuinely friendly, and they remembered my coffee order the second day! The only bummer was that our room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was cozy and clean. Highly recommend for a city getaway!

This spot is the perfect home base for our family adventures! We loved the cozy vibe and convenient location, which allowed us to easily wander around Madrid. The staff went above and beyond, helping us navigate the city. Laura was especially fantastic!

The breakfast buffet offers a delightful range, including standout grilled teppanyaki fish. Service is exceptional. the staff went above and beyond by assisting with local medical needs. However, the elevator can feel a bit cramped at times, and some noise from adjacent areas could disrupt relaxation during quieter hours.

The hotel’s location was ideal for sightseeing, making everything easily walkable. Our room offered great soundproofing, which ensured peaceful nights.
